FAQs

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A $500 deposit secures your date. It is non-refundable but transferable if weather or captain deems unsafe.

What happens if it rains?
Light rain is normal in Miami. Charters still run unless the captain decides conditions are unsafe. In that case, you may reschedule or apply your deposit to a future date.

What’s included?
Licensed captain, fuel allowance, crew, ice, water, Bluetooth sound system, and floating toys (when available).

What should I bring?
Sunscreen, towels, food and beverages. No red wine or glass bottles on board, please.

When should I arrive?
15 minutes before departure to allow boarding. Time begins at the scheduled departure.
